This is generally reserved for dead subreddits. They have the power to, when justified, throw out the old mods and instate new ones. Yes, because all mods are chosen because they are a model of perfection, and not (for example) a friend of other moderators. This comment is completely indicative of the kind of ego/power trips so many reddit mods are on.
You can also try /r/help if we don't get your problem solved for you. If your comment is removed, please do not be offended we are simply cleaning up the thread to make it easier to read for everyone else. Off-topic or frivolous comments will be removed. If you must discuss these topics, avoid mentioning specific subreddits or usernames. r/SubredditDrama is usually a better venue for that. Try to avoid questions about dramatic events.
